Pilot Study Of Guangdong Intelligent Transport Management System And Its Financing

With the increasing of traffic jam and emergence of various traffic problems, every city of Guangdong begin to construct Intelligent Transport System under different grade. They obtained prominence effect, but they are all themselves administer without uniform programming and guidance, furthermore some already built ITS subsystem of each city can not completely achieve information communion among each system. These will bring huge waste and obstacles to Guangdong ITS development. Based on these, this paper will improve traffic condition of Guangdong, import the theories of Intelligent Transport System and Intelligent Transport Management System, set up a suit of Intelligent Transport Management System which is scientific, exercisable and accord with actual circumstance of Guangdong province. Hope to solve the phenomena of selves administer, information cannot communion among each system etc, avoid the waste of manpower, finance and material, offer thoughts and reference to scientific decision-making of decision-making department and give method to Guangdong ITMS development.This paper study the Guangdong Intelligent Transport Management System and its financing, which is the sub-topic of the soft science plan item of Guangdong province'Research on develop strategy and countermeasure of Guangdong Intelligence Transport System(ITS)'. The main contents include:1. Summarize the concept and compose of Intelligence Transport System and subsystems research in this paper, introduce the ITMS growing status of developed countries and Guangdong. Base on these, compare ITMS between Guangdong and developed countries, provide reference to Guangdong ITMS development.2. The paper analyzes the Intelligence Transport Management System, subsystem, functions and problems exist in Guangdong ITMS. Base on these, the thesis set up a framework layer and information flow, research the 12 subsystems of Guangdong such as ITMS information colligate system, highway management system, colligation command system, electron police system, accident management system etc. 3.
