DQ Oilfield Limited Co. is a subsidiary under CNPC, which formally registered in 1999. During the past few years, DQ has brought great economic benefits to CNPC. At the beginning of establishment, in order to face the challenge under the fierce competing market, to achieve the sustainable development goal, to meet the requirement of multinational enterprise with international competition, under the guidance of group company, DQ has strengthened the cultural construction, further enhanced enterprise's key competitiveness, offered strong culture support for the fact that the company builds into the enterprises with international competitiveness.This article takes Li ZeMin, the director of Public Relationship Department as protagonist, and from his point of view describes the course of cultural construction after company's reorganization to the stock market. It explains the course of the company culture development before reorganization, describes the outstanding culture achievements, such as "Daqing spirit", "three old four tight", and discusses "four difference" as central cultural idea after reorganization, as well as states various measures to promote enterprise cultural construction and survey and evaluation on company's culture problem.During the process of explaining, according to the relevant theories of strategic management, it deeply analyses the macro environment, industry environment, the internal advantage and disadvantage that DQ is facing. On this basis, this paper further analyses the opportunity and challenge that "century strategy" will face in the future competition, and the impact on the company's culture construction. At the same time, it states the point of view and suggestion on question of company culture construction and the relation between human resources management system and cultural construction.This case has reference meaning for those managers who will to strength enterprises culture management and to improve the enterprise competence.
