As the business competition intensifies, the petroleum enterprise must pay more attentionto human resource management if they want to win the competitive advantage of theenterprise and achieve capital appreciation. However, in very long period of time, there aremany shortcomings and deficiencies in the human resources management because the oilenterprises have not found the importance of the human resource and they neglect the rolewhich the human resources plays in corporate performance.. The petroleum enterprises pay nomore attention to human resources management evaluation. It is necessary to do the researchon human resource management of petroleum enterprise evaluation. On on hand, it canprovide a theoretical support and technical support from drawing lessons from foreignadvanced human resource management theory that combined with the relevant foreignpractice research results. On the other hand, it can provide certain reference value for futurepetroleum enterprise human resources development and point out the evaluation basis forfuture human resource management.The paper studies the human resource management of petroleum enterprise evaluationadopting literature analysis, qualitative and quantitative and empirical analysis method basedon the research results at home and abroad. The paper begins with the introduction of theconcept of human resources, petroleum enterprises connotation and the basic evaluationmethods of the human resource management of petroleum enterprise and so on. Then it Pointsout oil company must carry out the human resource management of petroleum enterpriseevaluation if they wants to improve work efficiency and business performance, quantify thevalue of human resources, adapt to the internationalization of importance, realizingsustainable development and enhance competition ability and participate in internationalcompetition. The paper constructs tow indexes of the process of human resource managementand human resource management results from the angle of strategic human resourcescombined with the characteristics of human resources management in petroleum enterprises,and describes the every index. It analyzes the typical oil company and gets the analysis resultsthrough collecting the human resources management data, using the fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive evaluation model evaluation. According to the evaluation result, the paperproposes the measures to improve human resource management of petroleum enterprisewhich can improve our oil enterprises human resources management level effectively andpromote the sustainable development of Chinese petroleum enterprises.
