A Research On Analyzing And Improvement Of Driving Measurement To Persons With Special Technology In GSJT Designing Institute

GSGT designing institute (called designing institute in the following phase) is a first class designing institute of road with 55 years history. With the construction of national public road network in recent years, designing institutes face the good opportunity to develop. However, the competition among designing institutes become more and more intensive. As the main technical carrier of designing institute, the persons with special technology are more and more important to designing institute's survival and development. This paper mainly studies the driving measurements to persons with special technology in designing institute, the aim of which is to help designing institute develop better. The following is the concrete train of thought aboutthis paper.The first section is the investigation and analyses about the demands on personswith special technology and the present driving measurements in designing institute.The essay takes consideration on character of persons with special technology, andhas questionnaires about the two aspects.The second section is the advance on how to improve the driving measurementsto persons with special technology.
