The survival and development of Farmer Specialized Cooperative Organizations (FSCO) not only because of its inevitability, but also because it has important economical signification. When involved in increasing the farmers income, generalizing the agriculture technology, accelerating the agriculture industrialization, the FSCO displays the positive function.With the help of setting up a game model between farmer households and entrepreneur, the paper analysis the Farmer Specialized Cooperative Organizations (FSCO) whether will be developed and calculates the players' pay off at every strategy combinations, so as to find out all possible Nash Equilibrium. And then, it has the emphases on the constraint conditions as well as the influence factors which limit the development of the FSCO. Finally, this paper propose some policy implications.
