Deepening The Research On Basic Economic Law In Socialism

The research on basic economic law in socialism began from Stalin in 1952, it's the first time that he pointed out the question and elaborated the main content in the《The Socialism Economy Question of Soviet Union》. Afterwards, the research of socialism basic economic law once became the hot spots in the former Soviet Union, China and other socialist countries.My paper mainly launches the analysis of the rule and the character ,then introduces to the economic law and the basic economic law gradually, and elaborated the basic economic law in the different economy system in this foundation .The main content is the character of the basic economic law and its main content under the condition of natural economy and the commodity economy. At the same time, my paper also elaborated the basic economic law in the different society in another stratification plane, along the common development path of the human society, and elaborated the basic economic law of primitive society, the slave society, the feudal society, the capitalist society as well as the socialism society in turn. The paper also recounted the understanding about the socialism basic economic law of the Marxism classical writer. Is following closely, the paper has also maken a summary of the academic argument about this question .in and abroad .The last section of the paper is the center of the paper. I mainly elaborate the basic point of deepening the understanding of the basic economic law in socialism, the basic point depends on the level of the productive force and the productive relations as well as the overtop structure. Finally, deepening the understanding of basic economic law in socialism certainly must serve the construction of socialism market economy . This article attempts to take some good advices from four aspects ,as follows: First, depends on the basic rule of human market economy. Has promulgated the Marx surplus theory of value double meaning, in this foundation, obtains the conclusion of value increment rule is the modern market economy basic economic law, this rule and the socialism basic economic law is the organic unification ,and has carried on the analysis to the function space under the China socialist market economy condition . Second, the basic rule surmounted to the humanity market economy. Because contradictory existence between the values of socialism basic economic law manifests and the humanity market economy development tendency .Therefore, we must use the goal and the tools of the socialism to overcome and contains not the good tendency of the market economy development.
