The Relationship Between New Democratic Economic Theory And Chinese Socialism Economy Theory System

New-democratic economic theory and theoretical economy system of socialism with Chinese characteristics are the economic theories which are formed in the practice of Chinese revolution and economy construction in different historical stages. As the theoretical results of different historical stages, they are connected closely and the latter is the inheritance and innovation to the former. This article discusses this kind of relationship between these two theories based on the analysis of each one specifically..This paper is composed by three parts. The first part discusses the new democratic economic theory. Economy in the new democratic society was constructed under the guidance of basic economic policy. The basic economic system in new-democratic society determined the operational mechanism of economy,which was coexisted by planning management and market regulation. In 1956, under the guidance of transition period routes, we finished the reformation to the agriculture,the handicraft industry and capitalist industry and commerce, thus the socialism system was established in China.The second section discusses the theoretical economy system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, which has the roots form economic theory of Mao zedong and the main structure from Deng Xiaoping and was developed by "the three represents" thoughts and scientific development concept. The theoretical economy system of socialism with Chinese characteristics was composed by theories such as the basic economic system with Chinese characteristics, socialism distribution system, socialist market economic system, socialist macro-control system with Chinese characteristics, socialist economic development with Chinese characteristics.The third part is the key of the paper, which analyze the relationship of new democratic economic theory and theoretical economy system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The discussion is mainly based on the basic economic system, operational mechanism of economy and economic development. And the paper gets the conclusion that Theoretical economy system of socialism with Chinese characteristics is the inheritance and innovation to the new democratic economy theory.
