| ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning) is a administrative platform established on the basis of the information technology which offers fluent business and efficient operation for decision-makers and staffs in the enterprise with administrative idea of the systematization and administrative tools of the modernization.ERP has a capacity of integration all fields of resources to exert the most efficiency in the enterprise and is in need of not only the development of information economy and knowledge economy in the new age but also the achievement of great-leap-forward development and the advancement of competition power as the core in an all-around way for enterprise. Furthermore, ERP is the outcome of combination the information technology and the new administrative idea of the enterprise adapted to the new age.In this article, started with the basic theories and new character in commercial of ERP,combined the development and the application in national enterprises, based on analyzing the historic status general aim of informationization and the feasibility and necessity of implementing ERP, through deep research and scientific analysis the whole implementing course successful application of ERP project in JNMC, especially the important significance for realization sustainable development and business strategy of JNMC resulted from the application of ERP system, the writer analysised the essential causes and related key factors of successful implementation of ERP in JNMC detailedly and summarizing the successful experiences and existent deficiencies in an all-around way. Meanwhile, there are actual and feasible measures and suggestion worked out for future project of ERP in JNMC both in theory and practice. |
