| Based on comparison and analysis of some popular evaluation methods,according to the charactors of scientific and technical achievements,this paper puts forward a new method to evaluate scientific and technical achievements quantitatively and qualitatively. The new complicated method combines Delphi, Analytic Hierarchy Process, and Fuzzy maths method to form the evaluation model and its indicator system.The paper also gives practical examples in the evaluation system of scientific and technical achievements. |
