Construction Of The Ternary Economic Structure Under The Background Of Knowledge-based Economic

During the period of "Ninth Five-Year Plan", we officially changed the mode of economic growth and intensively focused on the reformation of the institution structure and the input of production elements, during the period of "Tenth Five-Year Plan", we planned to improve core competitiveness and comprehensibly upgraded the industrial structure. Finally, until "the Eleventh Five-Year Plan", due to the new challenges of historical topic, such as resource constraints and environmental degradation, we have to chose the transforming form of the mode of economic growth , we have to keep sustainable development and build a harmonious society. Lewis, the author of the dual economic structure, his model will help us understand the current situation in China. This paper will explore the path of Chinese economic growth with the combination of endogenous growth theory. This paper also finds out that the ternary economic structure will be more conducive to the transformation of the economic structure. The ternary economic structure will replace the dual economic structure inevitably. The reason why knowledge is valuable is the collection and processing of knowledge can create profit effectively, this can change the prospect of people by increasing the transparency of information, it has a cumulative effect because of the innovation of knowledge,it proves the value of human capital in the era of knowledge-based economy.The Advances of information technology, in the era of the knowledge economy, will inevitably lead to the change of information transmission and the way of people to obtain information. And we should also properly handle the relationship between fairness and efficiency in economic development to ensure the change of the economic growth mode.
