In the era of knowledge-driven economy, knowledge becomes the main factor of promoting the development of society and progress of mankind. Knowledge-based enterprises are regarded as the most active economic subject in the knowledge economy, only obtain and create new knowledge through studying constantly, could keep the vigorous vitality. And knowledge sharing is extremely important to the rise and decline of knowledge-based enterprises as a kind of important organization learning process. Studying the laws of knowledge sharing of knowledge-based enterprises, and making effective incentive mechanism and strategies of knowledge sharing, all have important academic and realistic meaning for improving the speed and efficiency that knowledge sharing and spreading inside knowledge-based enterprises, overcoming the obstacle of knowledge sharing between the departments, improving the effect of knowledge sharing between knowledge-based enterprises, and then promoting the learning of knowledge-based enterprises.The dissertation adopts the method combined with quantitative model in qualitative analysis, takes organism model of knowledge-based enterprises as the background, studies the knowledge sharing of knowledge-based enterprises from three levels including individual, unit and enterprise separately, and sets up the individual-unit-enterprise learning model of knowledge-based enterprises. Concretely, the spreading courses between the individuals inside knowledge-based enterprises are simulated by means of cellular automata model, and the laws of knowledge spreading between individuals; The obstacles of knowledge sharing between the units inside knowledge-based enterprises are analyzed, and the corresponding incentive mechanism is put forward; The laws of knowledge sharing between knowledge-based enterprises are analyzed by means of game theory in a duopoly market; The evolution of knowledge sharing culture in industrial cluster is simulated by means of computer simulation model; the individual-unit-enterprise learning model of knowledge-based enterprises is set up.The dissertation not only does the relevant theory analysis but also pay much attention to theory analysis to combine with management practice of knowledge at the same time, put forward some view and thought with directive significance of reality.
