Research On Development Countermeasures Of Science And Technology Innovation Trial-City Of Hefei Based On High-Tech Industrial Cluster Theory

Many developed countries began to build science park or science city from the mid century of 20. As a new economic rising measure, science city represents the new trend of today's industrial layout of the world and has a very important meaning to impulse of country economy, advancement of social life, development of modern civilization. This paper tries to probe the reasons and advantages of Hefei high tech industry cluster, finds the influential factors for choosing development model of Hefei high tech industry cluster, gives the target development mode of Hefei high tech industry cluster so that it can take some references to construction of science city.Firstly this paper introduces the conception, the production and the cluster factors of the industrial cluster. Secondly this paper analyses the general situation of the high-tech industry of Hefei and industrial cluster and probes the characters, advantages and existing problems in the development of Hefei high-tech industrial cluster. Then using the relative theories of the industrial cluster and combining experiences of other successful cases, the author gives the evaluation index system of Hefei high-tech industrial cluster by using the AHP. Lastly, on the basis of above analysis, this paper puts forward the policies and countermeasures of implementing the target development mode of high-tech industrial cluster of science and technology innovation trial-City of Hefei from advancing the construction of cluster mechanism in high-tech industry and orientating the government function in building high-tech industrial cluster etc.
