Following the process of the reform and open and the consummation of the modern enterprise system , financial control became more and more important. After joined WTO ,Chinese group company has faced with even more keen competition. It not only the core competitive ability contest, but also the financial force contest. But we can see ,there are many problems about the financial control of Chinese group company. Such as the unreasonable assignment power of financial control, imperfect control model ,imperfect financial system and so on. Points out that corporate governance is the premise of financial contro,regulation control is the basis of of financial control, capital control is the key of financial control , financial personnel control is the safeguard of financial control.HuiShang group should choose the suitable control model includes: audit control model, budget control model,captial control model.Meanwhile the thesis redesign the internal control regulation of captial in HuiShang group.
