The Study’of J Group Financial Control Issue

More than30years of reform and opening-up, private enterprises have become the importantpillar of the national economy in China. They constantly playing an important role in manyareas, such as effective integration of social resources, reasonable use of social idle funds,provide employment opportunities and create social wealth. However, as scale expansion,diversification of organization structure complexity, private enterprises encountered a seriesof challenges in the inner management, especially in the financial control problem of themost outstanding; it not only become the bottleneck of the group’s development, morebecome one of the biggest hidden danger in the group’s financial crisis. Therefore, explorethe effective operation model and method of private enterprises, have become the importanttopic which is unable to avoid in the development of private enterprises. J Group is a typicalprivate enterprise, which is in the disconnect period of the rapid expansion but managementis not fast promotion, exposed many financial control problems. Study J group and improveits financial control, has strong reference significance in the China’s private enterprisessteady and healthy development.In this thesis, the author takes J Group as the research object, according to the relatedfinancial control theory, in combination with the actual situation, using the methods ofliterature review, theory with practice and case study, on the basis of in-depth J group’sfinancial control present situation, to find out the existing problems in its financial controlmode. And further discussion the problems of J group’s financial staff control, financialsystem control, budget performance, fund control, investment and financing control, assetcontrol, internal control and risk control, and put forward the proposal to solve the problems,try to perfect J Group financial control system, improve its inner management ability andcompetitive edge.
