The Research On Enterprise Group Comprehensive Operation Management Control

The enterprise group management control is a complex project. It is a security for Chinese enterprise group to become one number of the group empire. With the rapid development of the economy, there are more and more enterprise groups. What's more, the scale of the groups is bigger and bigger and the contribution to economy is more apparent. However, we need to see that, there is a big gap between Chinese enterprise groups and world-class enterprise groups, not only in financial indicator, but also in system and mechanism aspects. If our large enterprise groups want to keep the momentum of development, we should not just reply on the advantage of monopoly and high investment, we should pay more attention to promoting the level of enterprise group management control in order to improve their competitiveness.With the rapid growth of domestic enterprises, the problems in enterprise group management are also more complex. It's urgent to improve the capability of group management control. As the theoretical research and management practice, the theory in group management control has achieved rapid development. But at the same time, the existing research on how enterprise groups to choose a more appropriate model of control as according to the changeable strategy and how the management control measures match better with the control models is little.The paper began the research with a practical question– how to apply three typical enterprise group models better. And set out an in-depth study on the major factors which influence the selection of group management control models. Then experts made points for each factor, got a proper management control modes selection method for different types of enterprise groups subordinate units at last. On this basis, it analyzed five management control measures matching with three typical managemen control models. And found reasonable countermeasures on the matching between them. Finally, according to the research on Fenjiu group, it got some reform proposals on management control model for the group.Based on the analysis, I think enterprise group and its subordinate units should adjust their management control types with the changeable strategy. With the methods we set up in this paper, it is convenient for groups to get a suitable group management control model for each subordinate unit. After establishing group management control model, this article further analyzed the application of management control measures, in order to operate the enterprise groups better.
