The "execution" is to turn intention, plan into reality, which is the embodiment of good and bad results, its power degree directly restricts business goal can be smoothly realized. However, being short of power for execution, which make the leader's all jobs become a waste paper or the futile talk. The key of solving the matter of execution is to assure personnel flow, strategy process and operation process, which are the core of execution. That these three processes to ensure the smooth realization of a need to improve the efficiency and the rational management system, sound human resources management, outstanding leadership of managers and the source of the power for execution—enterprise culture. That the execution depends on after all is that person, which behavior fundamentally depends on people's mentality driving force structure.This paper systematically analyzes the power for execution of Chinese enterprises on the status and the reasons of being short; Having discussed the inherent relation between management system, human resources,leadership, corporate culture and power for execution detailedly; Priority has discussed the rationale of structuring Chinese enterprise execution system; Having brought forward method and the pattern of constructing Chinese enterprise execution system which based on human management ; Analyse finally by the fact that case has carried out demonstration.
