The "execution" is to turn intention, plan into reality, which is the embodiment of good and bad results, its power degree directly restricts business goal can be smoothly realized. However, being short of power for execution, which make the leader's all jobs become a waste paper or the futile talk. The key of solving the matter of execution is to assure personnel flow, strategy process and operation process, which are the core of execution.
