This paper(The corporation of china human resources management development and the research of creative practice) through research aimed at comparing foreign advanced human resource management model, the analysis of domestic business groups are some of the major human resources issues and causes, and explore the establishment of conforming to the concept of advanced human resource management, suitable for the operation of a business group practice model of human resources management, which to enhance the effectiveness of enterprise groups improve the competitiveness enterprises.Comparing modern human resource management with traditional personnel management, There is a great distinction in the positioning and functions of the work content, the United States and Japan developed after years of research and practice have created their own distinctive model of human resources management, enterprise groups in the country to introduce advanced management concepts, through repeated practice and exploration, also forming an enterprise culture-oriented features of the respective human resources management model. Following China's accession to the WTO, the integration of the world economy have become increasingly competitive, enterprises must occupy a position in the market competition ,the only way is to conduct scientific management and human resources development, such enterprises can maintain a competitive edge.For example, the Qiao Xin groups to the analysis of real estate overseas Qiao Xin human resources management status through overseas Qiao Xin property from staff recruitment, training, remuneration system, performance appraisal, wastage in the process of elaboration practice, summed up the successes, analyze problems and made recommendations on ways to improve human resources management approach to harmonious management, strategic management, business processes such as recycling ideas into human resources management, setting up human resources management system for enterprise groups innovation introduced new insights for harmonious enterprise and effective management of human resources enterprise groups with meaningful guidance.
