Study On Project Cost Management System Of Geophysical Company

At present, our geophysical companies face lots of pressure.Some of them come from outside competitors and environment,some of them come from internal management problem. Faced with such a lot of pressure, geophysical companies only to enhance cost management and with the cost advantages to get more market share, in order to survive and seek development.However, although the geophysical company have tried to learn foreign advanced geophysical project management experience,the cost assessment and control are always the key points and difficulty in the geophysical project management.To this day,they have not yet formed an effective and experiential project cost management system.Therefore,to study geophysical project and build a reasonable and effective project cost management system,has an important real significance for geophysical company.This thesis is on the base of project cost management theory and activity based costing system theory, and takes the project from geophysical company as main object of research. According to production technology procedure in geophysical company, the project cost management system of the company is developed based on its practical cost management.This paper is supported by the relevant theory.It divides the geophysical project to some activities and designes the new project cost management system,which is composed by the methods of the cost driver analysis based on the flexible budget, project cost accounting and project cost appraisal and evaluation. Finally, in order to protect the new project cost management system for the smooth application delivery, this paper also put forward corresponding protective measures and countermeasures.In short, the geophysical company project cost management system was designed to project cost management theory, activity-based costing management theory and current geophysical reality of the company.It provides a new idea and new methods help to improve geophysical company's overall management level. However, with the in-depth innovation of the geophysical company management system and the changing external environment, geophysical company project cost management system remains to be further improved.
