The achievement management is realizes the enterprise benefit effective method and the enterprise human resources management core. This article follows simply standard, the practical effective principle, embarks from the achievements management fundamental research, through to the BJ Corporation's management present situation and the original achievements appraisal system analysis research, designed a set from the system angle of view to suit BJ Corporation the achievements management system. Namely from the achievements management preparatory work, the achievements plan, the achievements implementation and the management, the achievements target design, the achievements appraised to the achievements feedback face-to-face talk and the achievements result application, each link all did had pointed, the feasible design. In the system design, uses the essential achievements target law, the goal control law and the behavior meter law carries on the appraisal to individual achievements, improves BJ Corporation by this the achievements management system, promotes the overall achievements level, and discusses the achievements management system through this in the business management application.
