city a supply and marketing cooperatives recently set up city a supply and marketing group(city a co-op group),through the integration of city a supply and marketing cooperatives directly under the enterprise resources,will enter the city a supply and marketing cooperatives business,asset quality,the advantages of excellent staff to city a co-op group,city a supply and marketing cooperatives to promote the adjustment of industrial structure,optimize the combination of high quality factor,achieve economies of scale,enhance the ability of agricultural services.currently,there are three companies to enter the city a co-op group.in this paper,the city a co-op group subsidiary company as the research foundation,according to the relevant knowledge in the stage of mba,especially the theory of human resource management,combined with the work practice in the collected data,the introduction of the balanced scorecard method around the financial,customer,internal processes and learning and growth in four dimensions,to design and study the performance management system of city a co-op group company,to provide a reference for the performance management system of city a co-op group construction.city a supply and marketing cooperatives on the examination of the enterprises directly under the leadership of the party and government organs,has reference to the year-end assessment of the way,after the establishment of city a co-op group system in the modern enterprise performance management,not readily available,so in order to city a co-op group efficiently,it is necessary to set up the corresponding performance management system.in this paper,through the analysis of the application of balanced scorecard theory,from four aspects as subsidiary city a co-op group extraction can be quantified,measured and evaluated the key performance indicators,using weight factor judgment method to determine the weight of the key performance index value,build a system of organization performance indicators in line with the actual situation of the city a co-op group,and to develop the practical performance management system implementation process,the effective implementation of a comprehensive and systematic monitoring of city a co-op group strategy,city a co-op group strategy and the prospect of achieving goals.this paper discusses the supply and marketing system with the characteristics of renewable resources,salt franchise companies,bee products company performance management index system and performance management system of city a co-op group subsidiary design,this study can make a useful contribution to the normal operation of city a co-op group and sustainable development,also can provide effective reference for other provinces and cities city a co-op group set up the performance management system of modern enterprises.
