As human have entered the 21st century and China's accession to the WTO, competition between enterprises have became increasingly fierce. New terms such as "Competition" , "Market" and "Business war" are drawing more attention. More and more enterprises have set up a competitive intelligence departments and build their own competitive intelligence system, use competitive intelligence to enhance their competitive edge. The competitive intelligence process, including the information gathering, information processing, information analysis, information transmission. Among them, the intelligence transmission is an important link to realize the intelligence value, transfer correct information at the right time to the right person; this is the basic dissemination service request of competitive intelligence. At present, information transmission are mainly in two ways, the most common way is "pulling"。 That is, the information services department will process the information to be a huge database or a website, when a user needs the information, they can get access to the databases or website to search for it. There is also a corresponding way of "push". This article is based on the conclusion of current competitive business intelligence and information Push services to discuss the necessity and several important links of intelligence services within the enterprise. Thus has the theoretical and practical significance.The article first reviews the research status of enterprise competitive intelligence in aspects of, content demand, organization and processing, transmission methods, then base on the own characteristics of competitive intelligence to analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of information Push services, and refer to the current internal competitive intelligence flow situation, tell us that introduce the information Push services to the field of corporate competitive intelligence is very necessary and urgent. In chapter 3, there is a detailed analysis of the different internal officers' specific need of competitive intelligence content and their preference of information transfer, providing a basis for enterprises to make choices of contents and forms when build a competitive intelligence Push service system.
