The Researches On Tourism Facilities Ecological Evaluation And Planning

At the tourism planning and construction, tourism facilities are important of material factor, provided every kind of service for the visitor, and satisfied the visitor the need. Accompanies with the booming development of tourism industry, many tourism facilities becomes the flaw in tourism planning, not only affects area landscape, but also breaks ecosystem environment. In that case, the construction of ecotourism facilities becomes the trend of the development gradually.In domestic and international research, the research about ecoevaluation of tourism facilities is few. From tourism facilities ecoevaluation index to the tourism facilities ecoevaluation system are all not clear and definite.This paper first introduced present the domestic and international ecotourism facilities research development and the content of ecotourism facilities. On the base of that , I discussed the classification system of ecotourism facilities, that is the ecotourism foundation facilities, the ecotourism service facilities and the ecotourism recreation facilities. In the core part of the paper, according to the environment characteristic, economic characteristic, social characteristic and the person characteristic four aspects, established the ecosystem evaluation system that tourism facilities. At the same time, it also pointed out concrete quantification method and the evaluation criteria rank according to the characteristics of different indexes. The paper also has ascertained various index weight using the analytic hierarchy process and calculates single index weight and the total index arrangement value.The paper with the lake area as the point, the main introducted the characteristics of the lake ecotourism, the pollution that the lake tourism facilities created and the research of the analysis of the behavior characteristic of the visitor.According to the ecoevaluation system that put forward, with the tourism facilities of Hangzhou West Lake as a example, proceeded analysis with simple evaluation, finded out the problem currently exsitting, offerred basis for next planning and manage developments, and also argued the possibility of ecoevaluation system ofthe tourism facilities . It enabled the planning and design of the ecotourism facilities has a legal basis.Finally, it discussed the application of ecoevaluation system of the tourism facilities and the problems requiring further studies are discussed. In the actual application of the ecoevaluation system, aiming at the some current hard certain standard index sign in the best evaluation, it can join together actual with domestic and international forerunner, establishing in a specific way of evaluation standard, make ecoevaluation system can gradually make in the function.
