Logistics information system based on nowadays information technology made information sharing feasible. However, in order to realize the sufficient collaboration among copartners in logistics system, information sharing will become necessity for every copartner. It is because information sharing can promote effective operating and reduce the waste of human, capital, substance in re-operating or eliminate the stock speculation risk. Therefore, there is a far-ranging research space to integrate the providing, producing and sale in logistics oriented to networked manufacturing environment, what's more, it's a innovation to simulate logistics information sharing value model with computer from a new point of view.This research discusses the instance up to date in logistics information sharing field in the wake of the development of international advanced manufacturing mode. The aim is to research the value of logistics information sharing oriented to networked manufacturing environment and how information sharing reduces the disturbing of uncertain factors and improve logistics performance, and provide a kind of decision-making mature for copartner to sufficiently make use of resource and reduce cost. According to deeply analyzing the conception and basic theory of logistics information sharing oriented to networked manufacturing, meanwhile, from the view of economics and information economics, the paper proves information sharing is feasible on realizing the conformity and optimization of logistics and supply chain management, Moreover, uses of the simulation tool to describe the information sharing value model and analyzes how three different information sharing degrees have effect on logistics system in uncertain environment. Then, It is found that with the increasing of information sharing degrees, logistics performance improves obviously in uncertain environment and the variety of demand uncertainty have more obvious effect on logistics performance index. It has been an important assignment of logistics optimization and a key problem of following research for how to forecast and share demand information exactly and respond to the market demand variety. Anyway, it is the most important factor for improving operating efficiency of logistics and supply chain to realize information sharing in logistics system oriented to networked manufacturing. |
