A Study On Efficiency Implementation Of Logistics Outsourcing By Manufacturers Based On The Transmission And Sharing Of Information

With the deepening of social division of labor in worldwide, the outsourcing process of manufacturing logistics in China is gradually speeding up. As the powerful pushing method to the collaborative development of manufacturing industry and logistics industry, logistics outsourcing is given high expectations by lots of people. However, in real life, due to the lack of appropriate information sharing system and efficient information communication channel, the manufacturing logistics outsourcing is not carried on completely and accomplished successfully, which lead to the waste of resource. Therefore, it is of great significance to conduct research on how to realize manufacturing logistics outsourcing efficiently based on information transferring and sharing.The first chapter of the thesis defines clearly the meaning of choosing this subject by introducing the research background. It mainly summarizes the research status both domestic and overseas, and then confirms the research contents, research methods and research framework. At the same time, it points out the possible innovations and deficiencies.The second chapter mainly summarizes and introduces the concepts related to outsourcing and information. By discussing the relationship of information and knowledge, it proves the accuracy about how to classify implicit information from the explicit one. Meanwhile, three theories are introduced to lay the theory foundation for logistics outsourcing, information transferring and information sharing research in the following parts.In third chapter, according to total volume analysis, cost analysis and efficiency analysis of manufacturing logistics’ status, it reaches the conclusion that logistics outsourcing is the developing trend of manufacturing logistics in our country. In the same time, it applies core ability theory to expound the inner scientificity of this conclusion.The forth chapter mainly demonstrates information transferring and sharing’s basic function to manufacturing logistics outsourcing efficiency achievement. It states in two aspects, one is that information transferring and sharing can directly affect every procedure of logistics outsourcing work. The other is that it also can affect the efficiency of logistics outsourcing indirectly by interacting with other factors. In this way, we could draw a conclusion that though there are lots of factors who have an impact on achieving logistics outsourcing efficiency, the function of information is determinant.The fifth Chapter mainly analyzes the information transferring’s influence on realizing logistics outsourcing efficiency. Firstly it states the basic process of information transferring, which includes such three fundamental factors as information itself, information transferring channel and the sender and receiver of the information. Then it respectively expands the influence analysis research of these three basic factors to the realizing of manufacturing logistics outsourcing efficiency. Finally, it makes it clear how explicit and implicit information transferring, channel layer, sender and receiver’s quality affect logistics outsourcing efficiency.The sixth chapter mainly discusses the way the information sharing system affects the efficiency of manufacturing logistics outsourcing, and it summarizes the game features of manufacturing logistics outsourcing. After that, it constructs a game model based on Stackelberg game for information sharing system of manufacturing enterprises and logistics enterprises. With the parameters in the model, it studies how information sharing exerts impact on achieving efficiency of logistics outsourcing.According to the analysis of the fifth chapter and sixth chapter, the seventh chapter presents the countermeasures and suggestions for realizing the manufacturing logistics outsourcing efficiency based on information transferring and sharing.
