The Analysis & Research Of The Talent Group Construction For Sinopec

With the development of economic globalization and China's entry into WTO, the intercourse between Chinese enterprises and their foreign counterparts has been in the'zero-distance'pattern; the competition of talents has been beyond national boundaries; talents competition of foreign enterprises against Chinese enterprises has threatened the continuable development of Chinese state-owned enterprises. China is rich in human resource, but insufficient in talent resource, especially in super eminent talents. As one of gigantic enterprises engaged in energy sources and chemical products and as one of stanchion enterprises for national economy, the development and grandness of China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation plays an important role in the development of Chinese economy and the stabilization of China. At present the general level of talents construction of China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation lags behind the time and the development of the enterprise; it is in urgent need of transformation of ideas, innovation of system and mechanism in the introduction, cultivation and utilization of talents. To build China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation into an internationally competitive transnational group company, a talent group super eminent in management and technical innovation is needed for support and security. The urgent problem for all levels of leaders of China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation to consider and settle is to analyze the faults of talent works and inaugurate a new phase of talent works.Based on expatiating the theories of human resources ,the paper give the definition of human resources and its characters ,by the introduction of the development of theories of human resources, provide the theoretic foundation of for the research; with the human resources theories, the paper analyze the challenges and the opportunities in the construction of talent group of Sinopec, analyze the problems with the talents, then the paper give the suggestions of practice scientific talent theory, and by constructing a fair and competitive environment, making full use of the talents, providing well training opportunity and provide a development friendly environment, to improve the construction of talents in the Sinopec.
