As the current implementation of energy conservation and the sustainable development in our country, more enterprises will turn attention on closed-loop supply chain (CLSC)alliance. It is a tendency that there is an organic combination between the supply chain management and the cooperative game theory. In recent years, considering few scholars applying cooperative game theory in three closed-loop supply chain as well as the characteristics of the various solutions of cooperative game theory, the author introduces the latest concept of binomial semi-value solution of the cooperative game. Drawing on Owen value in the background that the participants previously formed sub-alliance situation, we propose the establishment of the binomial semi-value solution based on alliance structure. Under the binomial semi-value theory and each participant's wish to participate, we get the income under certain alliance in supply chain for each participant should be reasonably allocated to. Undoubtedly, the introduction of the binomial semi-value will be able to provide the participants with valuable guidance.Based on the binomial semi-value method, the paper majorly study on the following aspects of CLSC income allocation.(1) Researching on the CLSC and its internal operation mechanism of reverse logistics and describing current popular three closed-loop supply chain models as well as these features.(2)Studying on the solutions with some more common concepts as well as conditions of cooperative game theory and discussing the difference between cooperative game and non-cooperative game theory and some more popular applications of cooperative game.(3) Studying on the mechanism of income allocation in supply Chain collaboration and possible elements which can form the mechanism and describing the behavior of participants involved in each node in the supply chain.(4)Using the binomial semi-value method to solve specific application in terms of the income allocation in CLSC and building the three CLSC model with specific examples, giving the income allocation solution under each alliance as well as valuable guidance.Being different from scholars with previous studies on income allocation in supply chain, this paper have the innovative point as follow:Not rigidly adhering to a conventional three-tier supply chain, designing to do research with consumer awareness about environmental protection on CLSC and introducing cooperative game theory to analyze the alliance which participants may form. Taking into account that the domestic scholars use more Shapley value to solve income allocation in supply chain and binomial semi-value method is becoming mature in foreign parties, this paper uses binomial semi-value as the latest cooperative game solution concept and provides a reasonable solution about income allocation for each participant based on actual alliances. It also provides reasonable guidance for each participant involved in income allocation and improves the cooperation enthusiasm.
