With the consumption of fossil fuel is increasing day by day,fossil energy has been consumed too much,which leads to the shortage of energy in china.The refineries' gas emissions,automobiles' exhausted emissions and so on seriously impact on people's health,threatening the environment for human survival.As a kind of renewable energy,biomass energy is as one kind of clean energy.In recent years,the state has issued a number of policy documents to support the development of biomass.It is of great significance to study the industrial chain of changing biomass into liquid biofuels,especially the coordination between the participating enterprises.The main contents of the article are as follows:(1)In this paper,we study a biomass supply chain consisting of a biomass refinery and a collection center by using non-cooperate and cooperate games with considering collection radius,respectively.The collection radius,the sales price of biomass,the output of biodiesel and the optimal profit of the supply chain were calculated in two cases,and the results were compared between the two cases.The article also continues to consider the impact of government subsidies on the results.(2)This paper constructs three-echelon supply chain consisting of the collection center,the prefactory,refineries,respectively using cooperative game theory to establish cooperative decision model,and also using Stackelberg game set by an independent three party,collecting center and prefactories pre Union,prefactories and refineries pre Union to form three-level LF game model,Stackelberg I model,Stackelberg game II.Four game models are established to ensure the collection radius of the collection center,biodiesel output,the total profit of biomass supply chain,and compared the results to get the corresponding conclusion.Using of Shapley value concept under the condition of cooperative game,it could be obtained that when certain conditions are met,it can realize the fair and reasonable distribution of profits between the three party of biomass supply chain under the cooperation game mechanism.The government subsidy is explored through numerical simulation.(3)Aiming at the problem that the straw is forbidden to burn,and used for energy and returned to the field,this paper constructs the evolutionary game model between the three party of the government and oil companies,farmers,especially considering the traditional fuel-oil refining enterprises need to pay sewage charges.This paper analyzes the evolution process of the three parties'strategy selection,and analyzes the ESS stable points under the pure strategy choice of the three party.It results to 7 results during the analysis,the first three results are about the conditions of each of the proportion of government choosing "supervision" strategy,oil-refining enterprises choosing "biomass"refining strategy,farmers choosing "participation" strategy is approaching to 1,the last four results mainly analysis four evolutionary game equilibrium may exist,and the condition for its existence.In close to the ideal state,the government,oil refining enterprises should take corresponding measures.
