When Jerome McCarthy created 4Ps (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) marketing strategy in 1950th to America Doc. Nau's 4Cs Marketing strategy (customer solution, cost, convenient, communication), now doctor Don E. Schultz created 4Rs marketing policy (relating, reaction, relationship, retribution). All and all the only way you can survive or succeed in this market was to provide solution, create value to customer in extremely fast, scientific, effective way.Project marketing was providing service and creating value for customer through projects. A product or a service from the designing stage to final value'transfer to customer'stage can be treated as one project marketing activities. Through effective project team cooperation to form project value transfer system, we can mostly satisfy our customer and maximize the project system profit. The enterprise was much more complex and open system, the effective project management actives must according to the company strategy. To meet the strategic goal of the company need integrate all project management activities and through the enterprise strategic project management (EPSM).Through studying the futures of Knowledge Company the thesis introduced project concept in marketing. This will conduct the company take more focus on the project goal, take timing issue in account when implement the project, continually optimize the internal procedure when provide the customized project solution for accounts. After applied the project oriented marketing models the knowledge company will be better adept to the demand of the market: faster updating knowledge; customized solution; prompt reactive. Incase to apply the project for marketing management, concrete the management works and be more feasible to meet the strategic marketing goal, the article created project marketing model based on the enterprise strategic project management (ESPM).In the end the thesis expatiate upon Lohmann project marketing model based on ESPM through the study Lohmann a company from Germany.
