Enterprise Project Management System Research Based On Strategic View

With the development of the enterprise environment, project management has been applied to the enterprise more and more abroadly.However, the theoretical research in this field is very weak.Correspondly,the enterprise practice is also facing this problem.The majority of enterprises are trying to manage projects independently with project management notion.There are few enterprises which have a enterprise project management system to support the enterprise development.Firstly,this paper discusses the relationship between project management and other management activity in the enterprise,and points out the enterprise strategy is the start of all the other management activities.Secondly,this paper has a systematic research on enterprise project management,and draws a conclusion that establishing a enterprise project management system based on the strategy view is the key for enterprise project practice.Thirdly,this paper puts forward the enterprise project management system model,and gives a detailed explanation of the constituent elements and the relationship among them.In the end, there is a case about the enterprise project management system establishment.This case has proved the system model is scientific and applicable.
