Nowadays China has grown into'world factory', under this circumstance, imported high-end minor business goods especially those under US brands increasingly play an important role in the whole manufacturing industry. As an important player in industrial production value chain, also a core member of channel of distributing, authorized distributor for minor business goods under US brands currently face both opportunities for rapid expansion and threats from heated competitions and their survival and development influence the efficiency and effectiveness of the whole manufacturing sector.Since business model determines enterprise operation performances, the dissertation bases the study on the business model of authorized distributor for minor business goods under US brands. First broadly introduces the distributor and its supplier manufacturing those minor business goods under US brands, after explaining how business model functions and what are its connotations, the author then presents the features of current business model the distributor currently adopts. In the following chapters, analyzing the object becomes the emphasis, it is made through competitive analysis and SWOT analysis, after comparing the model to the prevalent one of overseas distributors which are in mature market and are developed, the writer can generalize the evolving trends of business model for domestic authorized distributor for minor business goods under US brands. Last, a practical case study is done to prove the generalization of the trends before the final conclusion is achieved.
