Chip authorization agent distributor sits in the middle of the chip industry chain,is the link between the upper and lower reaches of the industrial chain.China's local chip authorized agent distributors due to the limitations of business model,usually lack of core technology and value chain control ability,there are many uncertainties and operating risks,enterprises lack core competitiveness,low brand value,not popular in stock and capital markets.China's chip licensing agent distributors in the long run will inevitably face the adjustment and re-selection of business strategy,strategic choice and adjustment directly related to the future of the future and destiny of enterprises,strategic fit or not for the future survival and development of enterprises is very important.This paper mainly studies the chip authorized agent distributor S company as an example.Through literature review,theoretical summary analysis and analysis using PEST,SWOT and Porter's five-force model tools,the company's own advantages and weaknesses and external opportunities are analyzed,and threats.It also analyzes the development opportunities and challenges faced by S Companyfs current operations and proposes the backward integration strategy plan of S Company.Through the empirical analysis of SPSS tools to verify the feasibility and success probability of the implementation of S company's backward integration strategy,and carry out strategic design and implementation control,and propose supporting measures.At present,there are few analytical studies on the implementation of integration strategies in the semiconductor distribution industry at home and abroad.The research in this paper has high theoretical and practical significance.The full paper are divided into seven parts to carry out relevant research content,the first part of which mainly introduces the research background and significance,research content and methods.The second part mainly introduces the theoretical basis of backward integration strategy,and carries on the literature review,combs out the integration strategy and summarizes it hierarchically.This paper summarizes the theory of vertical integration,backward integration strategy and value chain,and introduces Porter's Five Forces Model,PEST,SWOT and SPSS analysis tools.The third part mainly introduces the history and development status of S company,uses Porter's Five Forces Model and PEST tools to analyze the opportunities and challenges S company faces,and uses SWOT tools to make a matrix analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of S company and external opportunities and threats.Finally,the backward integration strategy suitable for 5 company is concluded.The fourth part is the empirical analysis of the strategy.Through questionnaire survey and interviews,we use SPSS tools to cluster the collected content and valid questionnaire data,verify the feasibility of the implementation of backward integration strategy and evaluate the improvement of the core competitiveness of enterprises.The fifth part mainly carries on the backward integration strategy design,formulates the implementation plan and the control strategy.Design and plan strategic objectives and strategic roadmap,and formulate product category positioning strategies.The sixth part is the supporting safeguard measures for the implementation of the strategy,making adjustments and strategic support in corporate culture,capital operation,management innovation and system design.The seventh part,as the conclusion part,mainly summarizes the contents involved:in this paper,and points out the shortcomings in the process of this study and the direction of follow-up research.
