Based on the findings of other scholars and the relevant theories of strategic human resource management, this thesis mainly discusses the SHRM by applying the theory of knowledge management. With the combination of the characteristics of KM and SHRM, the thesis indicates that it's a systemic and complicated process to construct the system of SHRM.
