Nowadays the competitions among the companies behave as the competition of the people with abilities. Attractiveness to the people with abilities is the key to the success of a company. Compensation system is the base and important portion for the modern corporation system. To design a scientific compensation system that accord with the corporation culture can promote the development of the corporation, and it is a new and great subject. In this paper we have discussed the fundamental theory relative to the compensation.This paper expatiates the theory of human resource on the basis of the medium and small enterprises in China, especially discusses the theory of performance appraisal and compensation system management. Under the development of market economy, the internal and external environment of HS Company was investigated. So the detailed problems in the HR field are found and the needs of the HR management are defined.In analyzing the HR status of HS Company, the systemic theory and techniques are used. In order to resolve the problems such as lacking advantages of the compensation system, more and more resignations and the deficiency of inspiring function of the compensation system, the structural management and job analysis method are used. At last the new compensation system of HS Company is designed. At the same time, some relative strategic measures are developed.Through the study of this paper, a guidelines and a feasible method are developed for resolving the problems of HR management in HS Company. Thus a foundational system is build through which a company can attract, retain, train personnel more convenient and advantaged. At the end of this paper, the practical operation of the system is discussed which prove the validness and necessity of managing and design the compensation system in HS Company.
