The Study On Government Supervision Of Food Safety In China

In the last few years, food safety question which causes the disaster event emerges one after another incessantly, becomes more important with the national economy and the people's livelihood, so it's not only an extremely prominent government question but also a social question. It not only causes danger to human's health, but also does harm to the state economy and political and social stability. Therefore, it has the extremely important promoting action for which we should strengthen to our country food safety management research, establishing the consummation food safety system, implementing the effective food security countermeasure, improving and promoting our country food safety management and reducing food harm occurrence. And all of these measures can reduce the pressure of government service, and improve the level of people's lives. Regarding socialist market economy initial stage, and the economical high speed development, the economy is occupying reforming period for China, every kind of food security problem is processing effectively and steadily, which we should face and earnestly study the major settled issues.This article starts from the source of food security, taking the government function of safeguarding food security to cut into the issue, and analysis the present situation.
