The consulting industry has already become an important sector in the developed country. In our country, though the consulting industry starts to be budding after reform and open policy, our country's consulting industry developed very fast in recent 20 years, These all proposed the new request to the consulting industry jobholders' quality, the main work form is creative, and rich in the knowledge work which the change, might not be forecast, the knowledge managed capacity become the key of the enterprise core competitive ability, enterprise's survival and the development was decided in the knowledge of hold, the creation and the use. Therefore, Consultation profession knowledge capital owner— The knowledge worker becomes the key of the business management.As Peter F.Drucker has pointed out, knowledge worker productivity will become both the center issue in human resource management and the biggest challenge in enterprise management in 21St century.
