At the meantime, it is conclude that there is an imbalance existing in the consumption and supply in area in china.Secondly, based on the research of fleet at present, this paper has analyzed the quantity and direction of product oil, according to the historical data the prediction of the amount of transported product oil in our coastal area has been conducted, on the basis of analyzing the limitation of port dock and fairway in our coastal area, the shipping dead weight range adaptable to transportation of product oil in the currently condition is summed up. At the same time, special attention has been given to several primary ports, as well as the effect of change of criterion on the fleet structure, to indicate the great significance of constitution of the new fleet.Finally, by using the single ship optimization model, the ship type on the main line is chosen while the fleet deployment problem is simplified into linear programming.
