In recently tens years, the tour industry, as "the rising sun", have expanded rapidly with the progress of economy. Up to the beginning of 2000s, the sum of worldwide tourism production value is about 3.6trillion, standing first on the list of the global industry for the four successive years. There are abundant tourism resources in China, and the tendency of tour industry is favorable, have being one of the three primary industries of China. As far as Nankun, tour industry has great effects to this borough, occupied upwards of 30% workforce and 50%GNP.also, the tour industry work as a key factor to the regulation of industry construction and protection of entironment.Along with the rapid progress of tour industry in China, a large number of tourism lands (or lands with the potential) need to be attorned or remised, it is necessary to set up a system of appraisement of tourism land, for the purpose of protecting tourism resource, using land with reason and criterion the land market. But now, there are no mature theories and methods about evaluation of tourism land in our land appraisement system. This paper researches on the aspect of the problem, and gives a new method of tourism land evaluating. This paper contains six parts:In the first part, the backdrop, relational theories and study actuality are introduced, and then the significances of the work are opened out.In the second part, the system of appraisement of tourism land benchmark-price and the relational methods of tourism land appraisal are summarized, the conventional method, qualitative and quantificational methods are summed up.The ideas and methods are characterized in the third part, comprehensive fuzzy evaluation methods are applied in this paper to ascertain the tourism land grade, and on this basic, the least price is evaluated by the profit methods, then the tourism land benchmark price of other grades are fixed on through the way of analyzing the variety rules of similar land-price.The forth part, which is the main, applies to Nankun scenically site is the study...
