Study On The Corporate Social Responsibility And Its Standard

Along with the development of society, the corporation grows strong increasingly and it has become the main organization form of modern economy. The corporation while gives the social economy to bring the huge development, also brings a series of social problems, such as ignoring the stafs rights, befouling environment, puting aside creditor's interests ,damaging consumer's rights and interests, being indifferent to the social concerns and etc.The primitive responsibility of corporation is to gain the profit for the owner, but In order to keep sustainable development,corporations should attach importance to the relationship between corporations and society. The corporate social responsibility has aroused people's more attention for it.Therefore, the analysis of the social responsibility will be advantageous to corporation's long-term benefit and development.This article divided into five major parts:The first chapter mainly introduced the origin and developing process of corporate social responsibility. By analyzing various viewpoints of some scholars, the author analyzed the connotative meaning of corporation society and introduced the contents of corporate social responsibility in detail,including the social responsibilities of creditors, employees, consumers, environment, the community as well as the public welfare which provided our theoretical foundation.The second chapter described the practice and the present situation about corporate social responsibility in developed countries and areas,analysed and compared the movement of corporate social responsibility in US,Germany,Japanese and Hong Kong.In the third chapter, the author summarized present situation of Corporate social responsibility in our country and pointed out the question that corporation in china fulfilled social responsibility in current. And the author enumerated the shortage about corporate social responsibility in China. At the same time, the author specifically analyzed the reason about shortages of Corporate social responsibility from the two aspects ,China historical development advancement and the traditional culture .The fourth chapter studied the production regulations about corporate social responsibility and compared social responsibility standard SA8000 with other rules. The author either compared social responsibility standard SA8000 with the content about the social responsibility in laws and regulations in China.Advocate pursuing the international standard of corporate social responsibility so as to be in line with international standards.The fifth chapter under the situation about corporate social responsibility in our country, the author gived policy and the suggestion about the feasibility that the Chinese Corporation undertake well social responsibility and faced positively to the corporate social responsibility standard .
