With the development of China’s economy,more and more companies are participating in international competition.China’s private enterprises have become an indispensable part of China’s economic body with its rapid development,and it is also an indispensable force in participating in international competition.Participating in international competition not only faces higher standards,but also tests whether companies have stronger sustainable development capabilities.Studies have shown that companies can enhance their ability to sustain their development by undertaking social responsibilities,which also indicates the direction of development for the majority of enterprises.This paper takes T company as an example to diagnose the company’s practice of corporate social responsibility,find out the shortcomings and give suggestions,in order to help T company to better assume social responsibility and have the ability of sustainable development.First,this paper takes the theory of corporate social responsibility and stakeholder theory as the starting point,and sorts out the current situation of T company’s social responsibility.Secondly,this paper collects the relevant data of T company’s social responsibility by designing the method of issuing questionnaires,and based on this,conducts internal diagnosis of the company’s social responsibility.Through evaluation and diagnosis,the company has done a good job in taking on customer responsibilities,and it is relatively weak in shareholder responsibility.Finally,based on the above analysis,this paper gives suggestions for improvement based on the actual situation of T company.This paper collects the data through the method of questionnaire survey,and analyzes the data with statistical related theoretical methods,and draws the problems of T company in fulfilling its social responsibility.Suggestions for improvement on these issues can effectively improve the status of T company’s social responsibility.The diagnostic methods used in this paper and the proposed improvement suggestions have certain reference value for T Company and other private enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities and enhance their sustainable development capabilities. |
