Based on Modern HRM(human resource management), this paper studies the case of WX Hydropower Development Corporation Ltd. via a careful investigation and analysis, locates its current problem in HRM, and finds the solution by establishing a modem HRM system which comprises organization structure adjust, definitude the duty of each position, the performance management system construct, the salary management system construct, etc.The paper consists of five parts. The first chapter makes an introduction of the background of the paper, the purpose and method of research, correlative HRM theory, the concept of the paper, and the structure of paper. The second part is the adjusting of enterprise structure. According to the strategic objective and current task of WX Hydropower Development Corporation Ltd., adjust the current organization structure and definitude the duty of each position.The third part is about construction of performance management system. It contains the design of key performance index, performance appraise, the feedback of performance, and the application of performance result. The fourth part is about designing of salary management system. It contains correlative salary theory, control the gross of salary, salary structure and content, salary calculation, and salary adjustion. In the last part of the paper conclusion and suggestions are put forward.
