Setting up the salary distribution system in conformity with system of modern enterprise, insisting on regarding distribution according to work as the subject and the principle that many kinds of methods about salary distribution coexist, and setting up the encouragement and tied mechanism of the salary distribution, which is the direction and the important content of deepening the enterprise reform. Under the market economy, how to set up the salary distribution system, bring the role of encouragement of the enterprise salary into play better, improve the economic benefits of the enterprise, which is an important problem for us to probe. This subject, a design and study on the position salary system, regards this as starting point. According to the request of setting up modern enterprise's salary distribution system and the characteristic of human resources management, and through combining survey and study with the theory actually, it has designed the position salary system which is suitable for the characteristics of different enterprises.This subject starts with the pros and cons of traditional grade salary system of state-owned enterprise and the questions that exist in the position salary system at present. Then it has analyzed the influence factors and principles when the position salary systems are designed, and analyzed the theory of the basic salary system and infrastructure theory of the position salary system, i.e. work personnel theory and system dynamics theory. Then it proposes basic structure units of the position salary system, namely the position unit and technical ability unit. According to them, it establishes the theoretical foundation in order to design the position salary system. Then designs the position salary systems of five kinds of forms in which the enterprise can consult concretely. At last, makes an objective overall appraisal of the position salary system. So proposes three problems, which the effective form of the position salary system must solve, namely position division, position benefits embodiment, and system integration realization. In view of the above, I propose that the enterprise should implement the position benefit salary system.Through the analysis of this subject, we have mastered the infrastructure theory of the position salary system in terms of systematic dynamics. It can make people realize the design principles of the position salary system relatively clearly, so it is convenient for people to design and implement the position salary system which is suitable for one's own characteristic.
