The enterprise salary is reasonable or not will not only affect the enterprise to attract the talents, but also affect to achieve the operation target. There have some unfair and unreasonable situations in the current enterprise salary system. The paper makes the analysis on the current salary structure and the salary system and finds the key points by questionnaires. And helps W company to build up the salary model based on position performance and skill performance as the core, to broaden the promotion channel for employees, to get the payment based on the contribution, position value and skill level, to fully arouse the people’s initiative, and to promote the company development.
