Safety Culture Construction In Electric Power Enterprise

The word of "safety culture" appears in 1980s, then, the start of safety culture research in China was 1990s. In view of enterprise culture, safety management, multi-statistics and so on, this article analysis its condition at that time, points out its importance in the construction of electric power enterprise, discusses its contents and structure of the safety culture in electric power enterprise, puts forward the principle, method, pattern of the construction as well as the criterion and system for evaluation. Based on the method of Factor Analysis and so on, it provides an application method of safety culture construction.Factor Analysis is a statistics method that has been used in assessment of meteorology, geology, medicine and psychology. With a case studying, analysis has been made by using of this method on construction of safety culture in electric power enterprise, and providing some tactics.The contents of the article include four main segments. The first one is review of the development of safety culture, emphasizing the important of doing this research, and narrating present situation of safety culture in the world. The second defines safety culture of power enterprise's meaning and discusses its function. The third one provides an application of Factor Analysis in safety culture construction of electric power enterprise, and the last one includes a case study calculated by using of Factor Analysis, and offers some tactics by analysis the data.
