As the high development of economics and information technology, and the continuous deepening of social division of labor, there is great opportunity for the development of logistics enterprises. However, there is also a big challenge for Third Party Logistics (3PL) for their service levels and standards. That means, as a 3PL provider, China Railway Express Logistics (Qingdao) has to adapt to the requirement of the market with the guidance of advanced logistics marketing theory, so as to succeed in the fierce competition.At the beginning, the dissertation reviews the birth and development of marketing strategy theories, then analyzes the development status of today's 3PL enterprises in China and the development trend of 3PLs in developed countries. After summarizing the basic idea of marketing strategy in logistics field, the dissertation suggests the proper combined tactics frame for 3PLs in our country, including 3PLs' price tactics, marketing segmentation tactics, marketing channels tactics, brand building tactics, relationship marketing tactics, and primary customer marketing tactics. Based on the theory analysis, the dissertation points out the marketing objectives and position of CREL (Qingdao), and brings out the marketing strategies and some applicable suggestions by analyzing the marketing status and the characteristics of regional economy, the competitors, and the regional economic environment with the help of Five Forces, and SWOT analysis.
