Through investigation and research about the change from state-owned corporate to Corp. in Huangpu Toyota Corp., the author poses an idea that Huangpu Toyota should change from the experience management to the scientific management while insisting on the core theory of people oriented and people capitalized value.In building the HRM System, the most important are performance appraisal, construction of compensation system, corporate culture and employee training. Performance appraisal system should be oriented by market according to company's strategy. Performance is linked to revenue in order to serve for corporate's long-term strategy.Building organization and changing manner can accommodate the company to the change of external environment which is critical to improve the HR system.
