A Study On The Project Risk Management Of Donghua Thermo-electric Project China Huadian Corporation

This paper combines with the modern risk management theory to a typicalthermo-electricity enterprise-DongHua thermo-electric plant of China HuadianCorporation, and uses the theory and methods of the project risk management to analyzethe risk management of the DongHua thermo-electric project, and summarizes the riskidentify, evaluating, analyze and establish the risk management measures of theDongHua thermo-electric project. All these for the risk management in the electricenterprises and development through the effective risk management and the project willbe carried on and ensure the coherence of result and the plan.
