| With the further development of China's urbanization and financial informationalization, the government put forward higher request on the information system availability and reliability of all important units. In financial services, the financial information system construction and renovation, including data center, disaster preparedness center etc, are strengthened in recent years. The project management pattern of these projects does not consider risk factors totally, and thus often cause project extension, overruns and even fail.In view of the management problem of system integration project, the researcher put forward many management modes. And it's important for system integration project to identify and control the uncertain factors with limited project resource. Therefore, the effective risk management became one of the important topics for the enterprise.This article introduced the project management and project risk management concepts, theory and model, and the development of risk management and project risk management process and method, and then introduced the content and characteristics of the system integration project, and the domestic and foreign research present situation, and proposed the mode for small and medium-scale system integration project risk management. The mode is established by analyzing and improving FMEA methods which is widely used in product development process; and evaluating the project risk status in schedule time during the project implementation process, and record it to the project risk monitoring report, updating the project risk status, and informing related project members, in order to control the whole project approaching to the project goal. Finally the article shows how to use the risk management mode to resolve the key problem with a system integration project. The result of project proves that the risk management will effectively improve the quality of project and reduce the cost of project. |
