Studies In Technological Knowledge Management Of The Corporation

In the western idealism and Empiricism from the turn of the modern times on, knowledge has been clarified as formal scientific ones and empirical scientific ones, but in empirical scientific knowledge, what haven't been clarified into the knowledge for knowing things and the knowledge for transform things, which is the main shortcoming. This problem will be innovated in technological Epistemology and the research of management in it. The paper will clarify the empirical scientific knowledge into two parts: scientific knowledge and technological knowledge, with the basis of the research of technological Epistemology and the theory of the Knowledge Management, to study the technological knowledge management of the corporation.More corporation think that their core ability for surviving in market is that of the gaining and exploring of knowledge and the innovation ability of knowledge. And the best way to promote the core ability is just the knowledge management. In the knowledge management, the importance should be put in the core knowledge that is the most important and the most decisive for individuals or organizations. As the core knowledge of the corporation and key of management of the corporation, technological knowledge is technique and practice, and so it is the knowledge of corporation which can be applied directly.Except for the corporation of knowledge, technological knowledge has also the characters of being more difficult to express, being special to be applied, which makes the management of technological knowledge of differ from common technological management in method. Because the level of technological knowledge in corporation is due to the ability of gaining, exploring and innovating of technological knowledge, the main concepts of technological management of corporation are the management of the gaining and exploring of technological knowledge, which are also the perspectives of the paper. In the research, the method of corporation is been used to make a bridge of communication between philosophy and management in the perspective of the combination of technological Epistemology and knowledge management.
