The soft environment of port service plays an important role in the construction of this stage. Dalian is striving for the construction of Northeast Asia International Shipping Center, therefore, the soft environment construction of Dalian Port service is of the priority in all of the importance.With the combination of the shipping center construction, this essay firstly summarized the definition and structure of the soft environment of Dalian Seaport service with the aim to elaborate the advantages and weaknesses of the relevant aspects. The products of seaport service have the characteristics that production and consumption occur simultaneously, which makes it seemingly difficult for the services provided by Dalian Seaport to be measured.Secondly, there are plenty of factors influencing the service soft environment of Dalian Seaport. By means of the vague comprehensive evaluation, this essay assessed the related factors effecting seaport service soft environment and concluded that the shipping trade service is the weakest point in the service system of Dalian Seaport. As to the specific problems revealed in the shipping trade service, several recommendations were thereafter given to enhance and strengthen the promotion and expansion of shipping trade service.Finally, this essay also suggested some realistic solutions to achieve a favorable soft environment of Dalian Seaport service, from the aspects of the some other influencing factors.
