Strategy Research Of Dalian Northeast Asia International Shipping Center On Soft Power

Since Dalian became the northeast Asia international shipping center from 2003, the growth of hard power represented by the port facilities of Dalian is obviously. But the soft power growth of the shipping center represented by the shipping trade and the shipping financial is limited. Today, the comparison between different international shipping centers is not just between hardware index, such as the port and the throughput, but also between the comprehensive strength. International shipping center such as London is working hard to stable the leading status of high-end resources. International shipping center in our country like Shanghai is now promoting the rapid development of the shipping financial and other fields, focusing on the development of their respective shipping center soft power, speeding up the construction of international shipping center through the policy guidance and the building of industrial areas. However, the research of the soft power in international shipping center by domestic academic circles is relatively limited, especially the connotation question about the international shipping center soft power, which has the economic feature and shipping industry characteristic of china. The research about the trend developing strategies and mode of exploring is rare. In the context, the author of this paper tries to make deep researches about the Dalian northeast Asia international shipping center and make sure the trend developing strategies and mode helping the improvement of the soft power. He expects to accelerate the construction of the center, restructure the economic structure and enrich international shipping center especially soft power field research.This paper makes the international shipping center basic theory and the existing research results as the starting point, then analyzes the development of four typical international center-London, Shanghai and Tianjin, combing the development feature of our country. The author puts forward a relatively complete trend analysis framework about the international shipping center in our country by the system analysis method. In theory, the paper goes on an empirical research based on the northeast Asia international shipping center. The paper analyzes the internal and external environment of the development of the soft power of Dalian international shipping center, and comparative analyzes the soft power in Shanghai and Dalian by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. According to the realistic foundation and development trend, the author makes further researches about the policy system, administrative efficiency, industrial cluster degrees and industrial alignment. Finally, the author puts forward systematic and trend strategy advice.
